These terms govern your use of kisolarenergy.com, operated by Ki Solar Energy ("Ki," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What Ki does
Ki Solar Energy is an independent solar broker. We compare offers from third-party installers and financing providers and help you evaluate them. We are not the installer, the financier, or the utility. Any solar agreement you enter (such as a power purchase agreement, lease, or loan) is between you and that provider, on that provider's terms, subject to that provider's approval process.
Estimates are estimates
Savings figures, rate comparisons, and qualification results shown on this site or provided by our advisors are good-faith estimates based on the information you give us and current program terms. They are not guarantees. Actual pricing, savings, eligibility, and program availability are determined by the providers and can change without notice. Utility rates referenced on this site change on their utilities' schedules, not ours.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is financial, tax, or legal advice. Tax credits and incentives depend on your situation and on programs we don't control; talk to your tax professional before relying on them.
Communications
If you submit our qualification form with the consent box checked, we may contact you as described in the form's consent language and our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, or email info@kisolarenergy.com).
Using the site
